Sign in as a Raffler, tap the "+" button on your dashboard, and fill in your raffle details including a title, description, photos, and expiration date. Your raffle goes live instantly.
Sign in as a Rafflee, tap the scan button, and scan a Raffler's QR code. Your ticket is claimed instantly. You can also browse active raffles in the Discover feed.
Rafflers draw winners with a single tap once the raffle ends. Winners are selected randomly from all entries and notified automatically.
Yes. Creating raffles, entering raffles, and all core features are completely free to use.
Go to Settings within the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your profile and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you originally used to create your account (Apple, Google, or Email). If you continue to have issues, contact us at the email above.
You can enable or disable push notifications through your device's Settings app under Raffle Vault.
