Raffle Vault ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile application that allows users to create and participate in raffles. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

We collect the following information when you use Raffle Vault:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile photo provided through Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email registration.
- User-Generated Content: Raffle titles, descriptions, images you upload, and location notes or addresses you provide for raffle events.
- Usage Data: Your selected role (Raffler or Rafflee), raffle participation history, and tickets claimed.
We do not collect: Device location (GPS), contacts, browsing history, advertising identifiers, health data, financial information, or any data from other apps on your device.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for the following purposes:
- Account Management: To create and maintain your account, authenticate your identity, and display your profile within the app.
- App Functionality: To enable raffle creation, ticket claiming, QR code scanning, and winner selection.
- Notifications: To send you relevant updates about raffles you have created or entered (with your permission).
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure, which includes:
- Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in.
- Cloud Firestore for app data (encrypted at rest and in transit).
- Firebase Cloud Storage for uploaded images (encrypted at rest and in transit).
All data transmission between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose.
Your data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:
- Within the App: Your display name and profile photo are visible to other users when you create raffles or claim tickets. This is necessary for the app to function.
- Service Providers: We use Google Firebase to store and process data. Google's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access and Update: You can view and update your profile information directly within the app at any time.
- Delete Your Account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the app's Settings screen. This action is irreversible and removes your profile, raffles, and tickets.
- Notifications: You can manage push notification preferences through your device's Settings.
6. Children's Privacy
Raffle Vault is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
